Food was wonderful and reasonably priced and eating outside was very enjoyable. Server, although polite, was very sloppy and erratic with service.
Had a party of 8 for my birthday dinner (May 24). The reservation was very easy online, table was ready when we arrived and the folks greeting us at the door were quite pleasant. We were sat upstairs where I felt it was a nice-semi private level with very nice ambiance. The waiter was incredible. He was attentive, but not overbearing, knowledgable of the menu and in fact was able to assist 3 of our party to decide on a selection (the menu offers many choices all sounding great so a decision is tough sometimes). We were with a group of ten... our waitress did a great job of handling the extra complications that come with more people. Our food was hot when it arrived and she divided the bill appropriately even though we didn't sit with our spouses. She was attentive but not intrusive.
My partner did the herb crusted sirloin with soup of the day. We split a jumbo shrimp cocktail starter. I got the scallops and goat cheese risotto paired with a sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. Our server, Shelby, checked all the boxes. Everything met our high expectations. Would dine here again w/o hesitation.
I've dined here many times over the past 3-4 years and each time has been outstanding. Whether it is with a larger group of friends, a family occasion, or just the two of us for an anniversary or no special occasion, our expectations have always been exceeded. In fact, I'd go so far as to say if you want a triple 5 star experience, you've got to go here. Other higher-priced restaurants don't measure up to this one. We've been to Stone Creek several times and are always pleased with meal. On a Sunday evening the restaurat was not full and the overall noise level was good for conversation. Wife and I had Roasted Chicken and it was very good. Would recommend and plan to eat there again.
