I love the food and atmosphere at Stone Creek! One of my favorite places to dine.
All in all, it was very good. The food was very good and the prices were moderate. Our particular server seemed very young and inexperienced. She was nice, but really didn't seem to know the menu well. It was a little loud but not too bad. We had a nice time and will definitely eat there again.
I had the apple wood smoked bacon salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Portion was great. Sides were well matched and tasted great. Good choice. Will select it again.
I've been to Stone Creek twice and both times very much enjoyed the food and had superior service,. Second time we sat in the bar area and minimal noise level allowed for lots of conversation. We never felt hurried or that our waiter had anything more important to do than take care of us. A wonderful, relaxed evening. I live in downtown Indy so the drive to the far north side and on I-69 is not something I want to do regularly but it's a great spot for meeting friends who live on the north/northeast side.
This was a fun place and had a great ambiance. The salads we got were outstanding and very unique. We would return there if we are ever in Indy again.
