We enjoyed a nice lunch celebrating two of our grandsons birthdays. The waiter snd the manager went out of their way to accommodate one of our grandson who has allergy issues

One of the nicer places in Plainfield; we liked the ambience and how the staff treated us. Steaks were OK, not over the top but fitting the price-bracket. We'll be back next time we're in the region.

Had a small issue which is very uncommon; Joshua was our waiter and is above and beyond in the areas of efficiency and personality. I ordered the grilled salmon salad which I have eaten MANY times. The salmon tasted as if it had been soaked in a salt solution. I attempted two bites; shared a bite with my husband and he indicated the salmon was inedible. Stone Creek went from average to great! We used to eat here quite often but I think in this last year, they stepped up their efforts. We all were so impressed by the food, everything was delicious. Our waitress was very kind, attentive and friendly. I hope they continue on this path as Plainfield doesn’t have many nice restaurants.

Everything was great except we ordered baked potatoes with our meals. Server returned later to tell us they were out of potatoes. How do you run out? Seems like a relatively cheap food you would always have stocked
