Love this restaurant. Nestled in the midst of the nice shopping center, I stumbled on it, and so glad I did. I come here every time I travel to Plainfield Indiana! Love it.
I am not familiar with the area, and needed to find a good restaurant where I could entertain VIPs. I stumbled upon Stone Creek in what felt like an exhaustive online search, and suggested it to the attendees, who are much more familiar with Plainfield. They had all been before, and were eager to return, delighted at the choice. The restaurant lived up to their accolades. Perfect for Father's Day and birthday celebration. We like the new menu. Service was fabulous, as always.
Overall, the experience was great! However, we were disappointed in the lobster mac and cheese. It did not have much of a cheese base; the pasta was dry and the pasta had no flavor. The same holds for my daughter's chicken alfredo pasta. The two choices for $25 was very little food for that price. One crabcake and three scallops was very disappointing for my husband.
