The food and value is very good, my only criticism is that the courses come out often too close together. The appetizer came, and then the salad with little time in between, as did the entrée. Great fast service, but a little more staggering between courses would enhance the dining experience.

I’ve eaten here plenty of times but the trend in quality has gone down. Food was not fresh, warmed like leftovers. Salad was soggy and old. Waitress was good but over extended. If you are going to be in business, staff appropriately. We ate there the night before as well. It was only marginally better. I hope they take this as constructive and work on improving. I’ll be back, but expect better.

For my 60th birthday on May 27, I planned to celebrate with dinner at SC with my husband, children (over 16 yo), my brothers & their spouses, along with our friend/minister & his wife. I called 11 days prior to make a reservation (originally 20 but ended up being 16). I received an email from their catering manager along with a contract and it included a minimum of $1000 purchase. Sat outside. Very enjoyable meal. Allie (sp?) took great care of us. Asked what she would recommend and she advised filet medallions and lobster risotto with a Caesar salad-both were on point! Bread was outstanding. Calamari was very good.
