They tried to sit us by the kitchen even though we had reservations and they had plenty of open tables. They brought us salads with cheese even though we asked them to hold the cheese and the waitress wrote it down. It took us a while to get it corrected because our waitress disappeared. Other patrons were offered bread with their meals but we were not. Our food was good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Hello Tim, I apologize that this was your experience, as this is not what we aim for. I know that when food is ordered it should come out correctly the first time. I will discuss with the server to remind them to be more attentive to all of her tables. I do know your server was "newer" to the restaurant, but it is still not an excuse for the level of service.
