We ordered the orange ginger miso salmon and that was just perfect... one of the best salmon I ever taste. Cooked to perfection, chef let the ingredients blend together without using any artificial flavor or to much of the black pepper or spices that usually change the flavor of the actual food. Kudos to the chef. Also Carlos was very helpful and a great asset to my family in law as they don’t speak any English. Great job
