We had an inexperienced waitress who brought us a cabernet wine instead of the chardonnay we had ordered (it cost us $30. more). We didn't notice that it was the wrong wine until after she finally got it open (she had to go ask for help to get the cork out) & by then it was too late. After she took our order & brought our salads, we never got any bread, so we finally had to ask another waitress to tell her we wanted bread (which she finally brought). The server said the computer was down so she didn't get our appetizer ordered. Not a big deal but I think it certainly could have been fixed.
