Had a very good steak dinner with friends, topped off by a delicious dessert. Table was ready when we arrived. Good service. My better half did not like your side salad. It was a little unusual but probably healthy. She shys away from healthy.
Since this restaurant opened near our home several years ago, we have been a number of times, for both ordinary and special occasion dinners. We feel the food is improving. There is a full bar and a good wine selection. The menu is varied to suit different tastes (and budgets). We had the most amazing waiter when my small group of friends visited there recently. We needed to wait almost an hour for one of our friends to join us. But our incredible waiter Alan never blinked an eye. He brought the wine and appetizer, filled the water glasses regularly, but never bothered us about ordering since he knew we were waiting for a friend. Food was what we expected since we've eaten there several times . However, the service was very poor. We had to ask for bread and drink refills. The steaks were well prepared and other pasta meals were nicely prepared. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to get our check which meant we spent two hours at the restaurant. May need to give servers less tables to manage.
