We reserved through open table in advance and received a table right by the front door. It was very cold bc of guest coming in. The waitress stood right by my table watching us eat. I thought we could of had a lot better seating.
We love Stone Creek. The food is always outstanding--one thing I love is that the side dishes are excellent (hot, fresh and creative)--that isn't always so at other restaurants. And we LOVE the garlic shrimp appetizer, crab cakes and the ribs! I would have given all fives except for the following: our server was super nice but didn't check back for quite awhile after we got our food and we also had to wait to get our bill. We had made reservations for 31st December night, 3 weeks in advance. We wanted to be back after my husband had catered the food from this restaurant for my milestone birthday party earlier in October. When we arrived we were told that there would still be a 5-10 min wait and that was fine with us. After 15 mins of waiting we were taken upstairs to sit with large groups which included a lot of children. Not how we wanted to spend dining on NYE. Good service on a very busy New Year’s Eve. Volume was a little high but everyone was celebrating.
We LOVE the food at Stone Creek, every time we go we leave happy that we ate an absolutely delicious meal. Unfortunately, over the years what used to be one of our favorite date spots has become incredibly busy, frequently full of kids, and too loud for a good date. It’s still a good place for dinner, just not a quiet conversation. We were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation due to how packed it was.
Excellent as always....Tremendously good service, great food and drinks.... a “can’t miss” place:)
Cecilia was the best server we have had at stone creek. Will always ask for her from now on. Great food and drink environment, always eat in the bar area. Great place, nice and warm.
