Very unprofessional staff. Had biopsies in July that no one ever got back to me about what they found. My pharmacy texted and let me know I had a prescription for a skin infection. Worst staff ever. They’re so rude. I stopped going to them!!!
I was willing to get past the poor bedside manner and coldness of Linda Banta’s lacking personality... but after paying for a procedure and being unhappy with the results, Stone Oak Dermatology absolutely refused to fix it. Client happiness should be a big priority but apparently it isn’t at Stone Oak Dermatology. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This office has contacted me repeatedly to charge me AGAIN for an office visit and procedure I have already paid for. I spoke to four different people and just recently received a threat of placing the account on collections; keep in mind, I only began receiving these calls and threats AFTER I wrote a Google review giving her 3-stars. At my follow-up appointment Dr. Banta became very abrasive and told me I was hurting her business and I needed to change my rating. Final review. Well it’s been almost 4 weeks. I do have a weird clear bubble on my top lip, and to be honest my lips don’t look any different after the swelling is gone. � from what i read online, the weird clear bubble is the injectable not put deep enough, and it’s not rare. Just looks bad. Also my bottom lip, the product feels like it is below my lip? I assumed from the paperwork that was given to me that I would go in for a follow up in two weeks.
