When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . Honda Conyers - THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR HONDA I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. Accord regular service appointment My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Excellent Service My car was towed to Honda Conyers and it arrived at 6:00 p.m. just as they were closing. Although it was closing time, Jesse, called to speak with me about the next steps. He advised me of other items that were under warranty. The communication was constant and my car was promptly repaired. CAR SERVICED I took my car in for the 15,000 mile service. I met with the service advisor, Jesse. He was smiling and very pleasant as he greeted me. He took time to explain what services are usually performed at this time and about how long it would take to complete the service.
