The office is clean, the hygienists and dentists are kind and do quality work (though I have only had cleanings here) but the front desk staff is deceptive with costs. I called 24 hours prior to reschedule and was informed of their $50 cancellation fee which I told them I could not afford, so I would rearrange things and figure it out. I had previously purchased their plan so I assumed my cleaning was covered by this. When I arrived they asked if I would like to renew, I declined and they sent me back. Friendly staff. Virginia is awesome. Not my favorite place to be but she makes me not mind coming in.
Excellent first visit with Dr. Justina for William's evaluation. We found her very professional and thorough. What I liked best was her detailed explanations and she took the time to answer all of our questions. She was also extremely friendly and attentive with both son and mom! We look forward to continuing to work with her for William's orthodontist care.
