Joanne did a great job cleaning my teeth. As I was leaving the receptionist told me that my insurance did not pay $41.00 of my last appointment in October, which I was not told that on the day of that appointment, and my total bill would be $70. I thought this was very strange because my insurance has always completely paid the bill. I paid the bill then went home to investigate. In the future I will be requesting an itemized bill because the receipt from the credit card charge really doesn’t show what the charges are for. I... read more
