I had a cleaning without a checkup by the doctor. That is ridiculous. Five minutes is all that takes......was told my insurance had run out and so I had to pay for the cleaning, was never informed before the visit about the insurance situation …...was only told by the hygienist. How stupid is it to have a cleaning and never be informed about the state of your teeth? I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist. This office has lost it's soul.
A crown came off. At my old dentist they would have made another and charged me $2k, Stoneridge cleaned the old one and glued it back in for $60. Yay!
My visit was good other then a screaming kid running up and down the hall. I don’t think children should be allowed back when people are have work done. It seems a lot of parents now days thinks it cute, a screaming kid but I don’t. It’s bad enough getting dental work done depending what’s be done, it can be nerve racking. The last thing you need to ad to your anxiety is a ear piercing scream. Just saying!
Had good visit.. was bit expensive
Everyone from the front desk to the dentist- friendly and professional. This was not my first visit, I chose Stoneridge to fit my elderly mom lfor new dentures. After my dentist changed owners and my dentist went to another practice I decided to switch to Stoneridge. I'll suggest the rest of my family switch too!
It is weird to look forward to a dental appointment, but at Stoneridge Dental, it is like visiting old friends. You just feel at home.
Not sure if this will support your online presence but you guys always there for the patient - which is very important when it comes to going to the dentist. I have never spoke to anyone who hasn't had a bad experience.
I have been to another Stoneridge facility where the dentist, after examination, gave me a laundry list of MUST HAVES-totaling $5000. I was skeptical, so I went back to my dentist of +25 years who only found one immediate concern and he was able to fix/cure the problem for $130. This is a get rich scheme and it saddens me. Hi I am still waiting on a refeal to see a peridontist as I have issues with the upper left molars when flossing it hurts and it should not hurt. I have asked a few times and the endodontist doctor Richardson was supposed to give me a referal. I guess I will have to find one close to my home on my own. I will not get the other discolored molar taken care of until I see a peridontist. After everything has settled I will come in and get my repair done, and I want a bite plate also.
