I needed a temperature controlled storage space for some fragile items. I called a few places and spoke with Lisa. Lisa explained all of the options that were available to me and held a really nice storage space for a few days so I could decide what to do. I've had my storage unit for over a year. No complaints aside from the fact that you have to get out of your car to enter the code for entry and exit. It would be nice if there was a more updated system.
Prices are very reasonable, facility is very clean, secure. Customer service is amazing. They regularly check premises, locks with lots of security measures. Did I mention auto pay?

Barbara was wonderful and very accommodating. My husband wanted to rent another storage unit from this place however he was not able to get the discounted price because he is not a new costumer. So, I had to drive over to the storage facility to rent the unit under my name. This was almost closing time and Barbara was kind enough to wait for me to get there and sign the papers.
