Very clean and easy to pull up to. We are very happy with the security and cleanliness of this yard.
Great customer service I was given a 5x10 unit up close which is what I wanted. When opening the unit I thought it was narrow, so I measured across and found out it is only 4.5” instead of 5. This is my only complaint.
Storage Far , but nice space for college students.
Very satisfied Fast and easy check in. Friendly and helpful service
Business response:
Thank you for the high star rating!
Simple and efficient transaction! Easy process that made moving less stressful
storage was clean but move in day was hard as my gate gode never worked. My gate code never worked. It was a pain trying to finally get ahold of someone. I was supposed to been contacted back with a new code but never was so I am still using the emergency code when I got to get in there. Price is a little high after the promotion runs out compared to others I've seen but facility is clean and taking care of it and is in a convenient location!
Its a nice e place to ren4 storage. I have rented from these guys before. The customer service is good even though its completely Automated or online. Its simple to rent a unit from them and quick
Easy to use Good condition easy access vvvvvv
Easy to book on line I was impressed with how easy it was to book on line. I have three units. I noticed the bottoms of the garage doors are old and not effectively sealing against rodents and debris. When the wind blows, leaves and other particles intrudes into the storage spaces and creates a dirty dusty environment. I would say those need to be replaced from end to end. Otherwise, the place is pretty good.
