RecommendedI love the cleanliness of the store rooms, friendliness, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful employee I encountered. I was recommended by many people who currently rent from country club self storage. I am appreciative of your facility. Thank you to Phrancescia for being so helpful, and for already catching and fixing my error on the paperwork.
Business response:
Hi Shaellin, We are always happy to help and we are excited to have you as a tenant. If there is anything you need going forward please do not hesitate to contact us!!
RecommendedWe did research on the prices first. They were the best. Then I went in and met the staff. They were the best. The place is clean and welcoming.
Business response:
Thank you so much Ramona! We are happy to have you as a tenant. If there is ever anything we can help you with please let us know.
RecommendedVery friendly staff and easy to get a unit. Very helpful when I needed to upgrade my recently rented unit. Very clean facility.
RecommendedGreat location, great hours. Only issue we have is uncapped screws that poke out on sides of unit. They are sharp, and can puncture items. Also, exiting gate key pad is a little difficult to pull up to easily. Overall, much happier with Country Club Storage versus others we have used in town.
RecommendedI recently rented a storage unit here. The facility is clean & secure with long hours for convenient access. The process to rent the unit was handled very professionally, quickly & smoothly. The staff person informed me of a current rate special that helped a great deal financially too. The location seems off the beaten path yet it’s actually a very quick trip across town right off the interstate. I highly recommend this place if you need storage.
RecommendedIt has been great to choose their storage services. The clerks are very positive a nice! Thanks so much!
RecommendedEasy to find, easy to rent, plenty of sizes available.
RecommendedVery helpful on short notice. Convenient location near highway.
Was a tenant here for several years and just moved out. Was told I was getting a refund at checkout. After about a week of not receiving refund I called and they told me I had to give a written 10 day notice. Why would you not tell me that after I verbally said I was moving out? Poor customer service and a poor way to do business. Will not be recommending.
