Andrew was very helpful. When I inquired online about the unit I was convinced that a smaller unit would have worked. When I arrived to load the unit I realized I could not get certain items through the units door. Andrew quickly found a unit to accommodate my needs.
pluses and minuses GGreat customer service from Andrew on check in even though it was 15 minutes before quitting time. I was impressed. My only complaint is the height of the check in pads ... they're designed for trucks apparently so with my little compact, I have to get out of my car to reach it. There is a sign that says you can check in with your phone.. That should have been explained to me at check in or soon after. It seems I have to track down that information myself
Adequate for my needs Aside from the entry code pads being too high to reach without getting out of my car, this is a decent facility
