My monthly fee was $120 in January 2026 when I first rented the space. $135 in February. $145 in March. $160 April, May, June, and July. And now moving to $201 in September. $81 increase per month since January. Once you get your stuff moved in and it’s more inconvenient for you to move your belongings than to just stomach the rent increase, they keep pumping it up. Also, gate has been gone for months. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the facility is not gated.
