We’ve had storage units at this facility for years and we just recently moved to a different unit in the building to condense. We’ve only been in the new unit about 6 months and the price has increased over $200!!!!! That is ridiculous. There is no reason for an increase like that. My mom is trying to downsize is this is making it very difficult to do. Storage sense should be ashamed of this!!
I would give a zero but the system will not allow it. I have been waiting on going into 3 weeks for a manager to call me back regarding my unit having a lock on it for about 5 months...due to what I was told ny customer service has inadequate record keeping. My understanding is that as a paying customer I should have access from 6am - 10pm. Since my unit was locked by the property manager I want to be compensated I can't even get a call back and with as much as I an paying that is just inconsiderate and horrible customer ser... read more
I I had a storage unit at this facility fir almost a year when I had to move from my house I shared with a roommate for 10 years. It was unexpected. So I hired a friend d of a friend to help me move my possessions and then dropped him off where he asked me too. Unbeknownst to me he made his way back up to storage and was there when I returned. I asked him to leave he refused I called the law. Went to the office and told the storage manager she made the call to the law with me. When the police showed up 2 deputies one knew wh... read more
Miracle the manager is very rude. She does not do a good job. We where locked out and she did nothing to do to see why we where. We where current on our payments. I never heard from a supervisor about this matter.
