The staff is courteous and the premises are tidy. The location is also easy to access from the main road. However, the price increases are a bit steep. Each year an average of $10 has been increased since I started storage rental of a 5'x12' unit on the 2nd floor in 2014, and today I am paying $117/month (with my rental/auto insurer covering the storage insurance economically, rather than Storage Sense). [5'x12' units are currently being advertised for $89/month, with one month free storage].

Stored my stuff here for two years in a 10x10 unit. The place is clean and the people were all great to work with. Good experience.

Ms T Gray has always gone above and beyond assisting me with my storage concerns. All staff members have shown me fine courtesy and kindness. Available, Approachable, Awesome team...priceless!

My daughter and I rented a unit right before the Holidays, from Serina. What a great experience. Serina could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Also the facility is well cared for. Would recommend Cube Smart Self Storage highly.

I began storing my things at Storage Sense 2 years ago, and my monthly fee was $257.10. In 2 years time, the monthly fee has increased to $304.22 for exactly the same services. This increase is outrageous. It is unfortunate that owners of storage businesses now seem to top the list of the most unscrupulous business owners in existence. They take advantage of people simply because they can. They will get their comeuppance for their greedy behavior, because there is a God who sees what they are doing. This storage facility (in Wyncote, PA) changed hands January 2016 to a company called StorageSense. Their tenure began just as credit cards changed to chip cards. Thus, many of the long-term customers they inherited from CubeSmart - who were paying by credit card - bounced on January 1st. BEWARE!! The Cubesmart Storage Unit in Wyncote PA, is filthy and infested with rodents ie. (mice, rats). When I expressed my concerns to the facility manager, she told me Cubesmart manages the building but a 3rd party maintains it and there's nothing they can do about the rodents. RODENTS pooping customers personal belongings is not only disgusting but it creates very hazardous conditions and it's totally unacceptable. Although I had to pay $225 more in rent and the cost of having of having the stuff hauled out, I have to acknowledge that customer service of the person at the front desk, Shameka, was more than impressive. I feel bad that she had to get caught up in all of this due to a mistake of a coworker and upper management.
