Jamie is the best ! She answers every question I have and I have a bunch !! She was the sweetest most professional employee! Great price and amazing service. 100% would recommend.

Jamie was very helpful and understanding. We felt there was no hard sell because she looked at all we were storing and provided just the amount of space needed. It worked out perfect. She also made us aware that our homeowners policy would cover the items in the unit. I called my company and they confirmed we had coverage. Thank you!

My family and I have been renting from here for quite some time. Jaime the is very kind, helpful and courteous every time I call or go into the office. She is always willing to help when u need help. She went out of her way, to help me & my sister out in an emergency. If she didn’t offer her help, we don’t know what we were going to do. High kudos to Jaime. Star Storage, you won the lotto with Jaime. Now only if I can win the lotto like u did (lol).
