The office manager was wonderful. She was polite, helpful and communicative via email and telephone when there was a snafu with Insurance coverage in the middle of my lease. (Apparently the business changed names). The facility, locker, and property were nice and clean. I would definitely use Tracy Self Storage again.

My experience was great. I truly appreciated being contacted to secure my unit when it was not properly locked. The staff was always nice and courteous. I received invoices each month after my automatic payment was paid.
