Just wanted to let you know that the Carmel Storage Pro “Team “ is amazing !! Monica is the manager and she made sure I had a great experience with using the facility. Monica has a great personality and answers all questions very quickly. The storage units are very easy to get in and out of, there is great security, it’s climate controlled in many of the units and Karen who works there is very efficient.
