Went up on rent too many times and kept charging me rental insurance and wouldn’t refund it. Put in new locks on units so it was keyless and about 200.00 in damage to my stuff. Would not recommend no matter how convenient.

I have been here through at least 3 owners. My stuff has always been safe. Pretty good location. That’s the good. Now…. My rent has gone up 3 times(at least) with another hike expected. Nothing has changed though except the drive coating(that I can see).. I never got power in my unit(which I was told was being contracted) the front foot latch has never been fixed(I believe it takes a nut and bolt), there’s still a trailer and broke down car in the field, and despite the pavement being recovered they could not add a proper tu... read more
