I have been here through at least 3 owners. My stuff has always been safe. Pretty good location. That’s the good. Now…. My rent has gone up 3 times(at least) with another hike expected. Nothing has changed though except the drive coating(that I can see).. I never got power in my unit(which I was told was being contracted) the front foot latch has never been fixed(I believe it takes a nut and bolt), there’s still a trailer and broke down car in the field, and despite the pavement being recovered they could not add a proper tu... read more
I was told that if I went to automatic payment that my storage rent would remain at $88. It didn’t. I addressed it with the person at the location. She said she couldn’t do anything. Previously another lady said it would be adjusted.
