Multiple unrealistic rent increases over a very short period of time for Oklahoma, no one ever answers the phone - when they do they're very rude, dismissive, short tempered, and impolite. Constant billing issues, locked out with little or no notice and with little no explanation why. I have to constantly fight to get the military discount recognized and reloaded (but thankful for that). This out of state company does not embrace the "Oklahoma Standard" or our values here! Has mice!!!! Peeing and shit and nest on my furniture!!! I have a lot of trash now %#!%^_/. From a 4 bedroom home down to 11/2 room of keeping and a lot of washing. S,W,44th street and west of Sooner rd in OKC. From January to April 2023
