Ordered a 8x20 storage unit and show up and it’s a rusty old shipping container with a hole in the side with a vent. Called and up graded to a 10x20 and get to it and the code for the lock would not work. Sat waiting for call back for another 30 mins and finally gives a different storage unit.

Been with the same storage for 10 years. Storsafe bought the place, raised my rent 3 times in 18 months. It's almost impossible to speak to a live person since they've tried to automate everything. Very disappointed.
