Penny was fantastic! I had to call as no one was on-site at the time and she was able to remotely allow me to in view the unit. She was very patient as we went through everything, and extremely nice. When I went to move in, there was a man on-site that was very nice and helpful, as well. We’ve stored here before and that’s why we are back. Great service!
