This took TWO months to resolve and I had to tell you TWICE I was not paying rent for my unit August & Sept. I was on phone all morning with Gerard rectifying this error, your error! You need a PHYSICAL PERSON AT HUNTLEY NORTH SOTE, it is a large storage unit! , not VITUAL PROPLE!!!! Thank you, Gerard!!!!
