I will NEVER use them again and highly recommend you find another company. During the process of renovating my home, due to a leaky toilet on my upstairs level, my insurance suggested that we use company A, B, or C to repair. I went with their first recommendation, Stratton and they did get to work. During the process, they managed to break a tile while they were taking off baseboards and tried to hide it from me and their supervisor. I would give negative stars if possible. Words cannot even to begin to express what a nightmare it was to work with this company after we had major water damage at the beginning of april . Let's start with the project manager. Obe is lazy and has absolutely **** communication skills. Many calls/texts to him went unanswered and on the chance we did get ahold of him, he was drag his feet and suggest we call people instead of doing his job himself. We had a garage fire on Jan 26,2019. We hired Stratton to repair our home. The work was finished by the end of August. It was very very difficult to get Stratton people to pull the permits for our gas/electricity. Without that being completed, we would not be able to sell our house if we so desired. Now there is a final estimate that Stratton should send to our insurance company to finalize our case. Stratton came to my house to dry out my house after water intrusion. They installed equipment in one room, it rained again and water came in from the original location and a 2nd location near the first one. They came back out and installed equipment where the 2nd leak was and this time they used equipment to look for wet drywall to see if more needed to be done.
