Evaluated the home in a timely manner while inquiring if there are additional issues regarding the home that needed to be addressed . Very personable and professional .

We have scheduled with this inspector before and he has always been very accommodating of our schedules for availability. He gives us plenty of notice as well. It makes the process very easy and quick to schedule.
Very professional and pleasant. Very helpful in explaining why the inspection is done as we had not experienced one before. I just feel bad as I don't remember his name.
