Let me tell you as someone who spent over 20 years in automobile retail for Toyota Lincoln Mercury and Mitsubishi that Chris Kendrick was as knowledgeable, professional and pleasant as anyone could ask. He made the process smooth like butter and definitely took care of me as the customer. I showed interest online on a Saturday or Sunday and got a call from Rocky that Monday. From there I got all pictures, an exclusive walk-around video from him.
