Attempted to purchase a 83 C10 but as soon I requested to see the truck , they suddenly had a drivers license on the truck. Honestly? Typical used cars sales tactic. You lost a future customer. I'd give you a zero but that's not an option
Sold me a lemon. Shame on me for not having it inspected. But NOTHING worked on it, not even the parking brake, the electrical, the carb, nothing. I've spent almost $20k just getting it working.
"Not worth the drive. Junk! The pictures do not represent..." Not worth the drive. Junk! The pictures do not represent what you see when you get there. Bondo buggy, maaco paint job for a show car price.
Business response:
Good morning. We are sorry you feel this way and that you would choose to share this opinion about the inventory that we are so proud to house. Our consignment vehicles share every level of restoration and preservation, from daily driver quality to absolute show quality! What you may see as junk is possibly someone else's dream car.
"I recently purchased a 1970 Buick GS from Streetside..." I recently purchased a 1970 Buick GS from Streetside Classics in Fort Worth. I had the car shipped and the shipper notified me that the car did not run. The car was delivered to me, and we've been chasing electrical gremlins ever since. It still hasn't started. The "restoration" that was "done right" is pretty shoddy aside from shiny paint and a decent (but damp) interior. I can't fault the dealer because I'm the idiot that bought sight unseen and now have a ~30k (if ... read more
"Very neat experience " Almost an over whelming experience with all the inventory these guys have!! But very nice cars and staff seemed to be very honest with opinions per each vehicle with the knowledge they can only have with each considering.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We welcome you back anytime!
"SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST AND COUNT ON " I called and spoke with Rocky, ask him is he could be honest and look at a car as if he were purchasing it. He answered, that is what I do and the ONLY WAY I handle it with anyone. He looked at the vehicle I was interested in with me on the phone and answered a lot of questions I had based on the Photos I view on your web site, then went above and beyond anyone else and looked the car over with an eagle eye, taking photos of things I had questioned. I live in N C and am 76, long trip for... read more

"Stay away from Streetside Classics" If you are not a trained mechanic stay far away from Streetside. Car was misrepresented with a huge amount of documentation, very clean. Used Streetside recommended inspector who went along with what Streetside represented. Motor was filled with Stop Leak. After purchase flushed all fluids only to find motor leaks like a sieve. $7K in repairs required to get car in shape to drive.
Business response:
We apologize for the issues that you had with your purchase and hope that you understand that there is no way we could have foreseen the problems with the interior of the motor as all of our vehicles are here on consignment and we do not employ mechanics. We rely on our consignors to be up-front with us on the mechanics on every vehicle and other than what can be seen with the naked eye or heard by starting and running the vehicles, we are unaware or disclose any issues that we are aware of. We always encourage our buyers to... read more
"No pressure" My family and I entered the dealership fully expecting to be pressured into buying a car. This was not the case at all. We were not only allowed to enter the huge warehouse without being questioned, but we could really appreciate the beauty of some of these cars without being harassed by "pesky" salesmen. Once we decided on a vehicle it took only seconds to get help from Tommy who did not hesitate to put up with every one of our requests to inspect multiple vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles... read more

"Driving home Saturday Service Engine comes on." Bought 911 Carerra Porsche paid cash. Drove off the lot Saturday evening and the service engine light comes on. They opened Tuesday we called and asked about it and they would not stand behind the car. When you are paying high end money for a vehicle you expect to drive a high end car off the lot. I also would expect them to stand by it since we just purchased the vehicle. We had recommended them to several people and immediately revoked that recommendation. When people ask wh... read more
Business response:
We at Streetside Classics Fort Worth have spoken to this buyer numerous times to relieve his concerns and found that the service light referred to in this review was actually the vehicle alerting the buyer that the oil needed to be changed within the near future. There was nothing wrong mechanically with the vehicle. We strive to make all our buyers happy and comfortable with their purchase and we have made every effort to alleviate our buyer’s stress. We hope he is enjoying his new Porsche!
