This business is top notch. The included thorough inspection picked up an important safety issue another mechanic completely missed. Everything about the process is completely transparent. The staff are very knowledgeable and honest. I don't typically leave reviews, especially five star ones, but literally everything about the experience was above and beyond. Seriously, their waiting area even smells nice. I definitely recommend this business.

I feel really comfortable coming here to get anything done. Heard my brakes squeaking and took it in for a check. They were honest and said my brakes were still good. Love that there is a free multipoint inspection as well. The process is always solid because they text you with updates and you can see your car on a camera. Would definitely recommend!

I took my car in for an oil change They over tightened the bolt on the oil pan stripping the bolt Upon my next oil change at another site, the issue was discovered. My previous two oil changes were completed at Stress free. I took the car back there for them to fix and rectify the problem They refused Would not take responsibility for their error This place is terrible

I did not rush to write this review because I wanted to confirm the mechanical issues that were not identified during my visit. Dishonest business. I'd hear stories about shops that will lie to customers to upsell unnecessary repairs and thought those were exaggerated, sad to say that this shop is one of those. I went in for an oil change and to ask some questions about the routine maintenance. They were helpful at first but quickly changed the tone of the conversation into serious/urgent to flag "needed" repairs.
