When I purchased a new Toyota Prius several years ago, my goal was to follow all the car maintenance recommendations. Every 4 months and approximately 5,000 miles, I would go in for an oil change and whatever the dealer's mechanic suggested. The car ran flawlessly but at Year 5 every trip to the service dealer now included a 2k recommended repair. Enter Stress-Free Auto. I had the best experience with Stress free auto on my 20 yr old car. Grant checked us in & kept in touch with me all day. A link was sent to view the evaluation thru a camera but that didn't seem to work. I was sent a detailed description. Of what repairs were " needed" & what was recommended. Based on the age of my car I was hesitant to spend a lot of money. No upsell here. They listened to me & we made about half of the repairs.
