Top notch customer service and not only provided details on fixes but explained all issues. Very old car with lots of work needed-not surprised-and shop provided reasonable quotes for all work.

SO glad we found this place! Customer service is wonderful but what will keep us around as customers is their transparency and integrity. They are honest and when we diagnosed that I have major work that needs to be done, they still delivered the news with kindness and offered realistic solutions. the Lyft service came in handy as we took in our car that is for our family. This was the easiest and most streamlined experience I've had in a long time. I made an appointment online and was granted a spot the next day. Michael was courteous, professional and transparent throughout. My favorite part was being able to watch in real time as my car was being attended to. Online booking was easy, and included a discount. Michael was very easy to work with-communicative and professional. He offered to order me a Lyft since the service was going to take longer than I wanted to wait in shop, but the waiting area was well kept and stocked.
