I have been going to Sam to service all of my cars. He provide excellent service and is very knowledge about all make and models of cars. He is very fair in pricing. If you need a mechanic that is honest and does excellent work. I would recommend coming to ABC Motor.
I"ve know and used Sam since he was in lower Pac Heights. He does great work and more importantly, provides great advice in prioritizing repairs, what is essential and what could wait a bit. He's also a friendly person that you wish could be your neighbor.
I took my car in today and saw Sam who was extremely helpful and honest. The service engine light was on and i didn't know what was the problem but some thoroughly determined the issue and gave me a fair price. I will be recommending him to all my friends and will be back to ABC motor for all my auto needs.
Sam and his crew are the best mechanics out there. They are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. In a world of untrustworthy mechanics, you can rest assured that this place won't try to rip you off or tell you there's something else wrong with your cr when there isn't. BEWARE!!! Dishonest business!!!!I I had a $900 "repair" done by them. One block from the "repair" shop , I called to tell Kirk that the oil light was still on and the engine was making the same noise It was ALL NO DIFFERENT. Kirk said to continue driving to "work the repair into the engine." Within an hour, I was broken down at the side of an off ramp with the steering wheel shaking. I went to Stress-Free Auto Care for a brake pad replacement, and it turned into one of the worst auto shop experiences I've ever had. "Stress-Free" is honestly false advertising. I was originally told I only needed brake pads and that the job would cost around $400. The next day, after they already had my car, I got a call saying that because it's a BMW, they also "had" to replace the rotors, and suddenly the bill jumped to $1,100.
