During the estimate process (had several companies come out) Structured Foundation was a front runner. Price wise, they were very competitive but what tipped it for me was pointing out some areas to see if my insurance company might cover some of the cost and not requiring payment until after the job was done. Unfortunately the damage was not bad enough for the insurance company and the other's who came out required half the payment before they'd start work.
