Everything was perfect from the first visit to the day the work started and was finished.
It went well. They came out gave us a good estimate. They told us how to prep the home. They got the work done in about 2-3 days. The foreman was very helpful and always present.
We were very happy with it. We had several quotes. We had the foundation level and its hard to tell because its a long term thing. It was very professional and they had engineers come out before and after the work was done to check the work and verify the work and they offer a lifetime warranty on it. They were very prompt. When they said they were going to be there at a certain time, they were there at a certain time.
We had 17 footers installed. The one thing is that it rained really really hard the morning of. I wondered if they were even going to come. The gentleman called and said "it's raining really hard right now, but my crew is standing by. If it clears up, we will be there." It happened on a Monday. Everything is fine! On time.
It all worked out. They were very good. I had to get some plumbing fixed afterwards but I don't know if it needed to be done before. I have nothing to complain about. They were pretty efficient and got it done. I had it done ages ago and nothing afterward. I got some other estimates earlier, the previous fall and they were much higher. It was fine! I am a realtor and we use them on some of my investors homes as well. We haven’t had a problem with them, which is why we have used them several times. I have no complaints with them, they come out when they say they will, always professional. I don’t have any problems with them.
