Structured came out to assess my foundation. Provided mapping with measurements of the property and made some recommendations, but did not push us into any work that we didn't need. Will have back out in the summer to follow up on the assessment to see if there have been in abnormal movement that would warrant repairs. <br />
We have had several foundation companies out for estimates, and Structured was the only one who didn't want to start digging right away. He recommended we wait and compare measurements in 6 months to a year, explaining how our measurements suggested we may have a plumbing leak. Turns out, he was right!!! We really appreciated his honesty and spot-on advice, and will definitely be calling Structured when we are ready to do some foundation work. <br />
