Rarely would anyone describe a tooth extraction as a wonderful experience, but that was the experience my mother, Kathleen, had with Dr. Norman Strull. Right from the start he and his staff called her "friend" and "family." Dr. Strull removed that tooth quickly and nearly painlessly. In fact, the bleeding ended within an hour, and the pain was entirely gone about 5 hours later! Most touchingly, Dr. Strull actually called Mom at home that night to check on how she was doing. Dr. Jim did an excellent job on removing my cracked tooth. He took the time to answer all my questions. He has a way of putting you at ease during a stressful time. He even called later on that night to see how things were going. Dr. Jim and his assistants do an excellent job in every way. I would 100% recommend him !

Dr. Strull and his staff were wonderful when I had a tooth extracted that could not be saved. I was readily able to get an appointment, the office was running on schedule, the procedure and post extraction care were thoroughly explained. It went like clockwork -- and, Dr. Strull said he would call me later today to see how I was doing. I could not ask for better service.
