I came in for service and a nail in one of my tires. To my surprise my appoint was accomplished in 11 mins. When I went to th counter t pay for my services, I was informed there would be no charge. That was the nicest thing to happen to me ever at a dealership and am very grateful. With the cost of services these days it was a nice surprise.

I had a fabulous buying experience (Greg) but my last service appointment was not good. I called my salesman(Greg), who called the service manager(Dustin), who then called me. I rescheduled an appointment & had that appointment today. Dustin checked me in at the scheduled time, I was there less than 45 minutes, & my mirror was fixed. Much, much better experience!!

Fast and efficient. Facilities are still a nightmare until construction is finished, but easily my best experience there. Very good service. I believe Dustin helped me.

I called after the 4:30pm cut off for new service due to a nail in one of my tires. Subaru said to come on in anyway, when I got there they took the car right back to check it out and was done within 20 minutes. No damage to the tire, they didn't charge me anything. That kind of service is what makes me glad to support Subaru of Bend! Thanks everyone!
