Growing up in Hopkinsville, I had no choice but to hear how great Sue Ann was in the mortgage business - and I got to luck out and find out exactly why. She was full of knowledge advice, which made my first time home buying experience MUCH more bearable. But it didn’t stop there. She went above and beyond to make sure we closed on time, in an already stressful time for us. And she made it happen. I will go to Sue Ann and her team for any of my future mortgage needs with no hesitation!
She is very responsive to messages, pleasant, kind and on time.
The process was very easy overall, there were of course some hurdles we had to get over but that is normal when purchasing a home. It’s very rare that things go 100% smooth. Otherwise we had a good experience, sue ann took care of all the leg work and answered all my questions even when I would text her late at night. Very good overall
