5 Stars from me, after doing my due diligence and researching other surgeons my pick was Dr. Nguyen, from my initial consultation, through the day of my actual procedure to all of the well check follow up appointments my experience has been spot on. My experience with the Staff, Surgical Team, and especially, Dr. Nguyen was great! I’ve referred family and friends, they have either had their surgery/preparing for the surgery!
My low score in this section is due to the extremely long waiting time before being seen by the Dr. It defeated the entire purpose of making an apt at 10:30am and not being seen for well over an hour later. While the Dr. spent a good amount of time with me and answered my questions, that is really the only reason it made the situation bearable. Everyone is the office was really nice and no one made me feel uncomfortable. All the employees are beautiful.
I honestly loved meeting Dr. Nguyen. He set realistic goals and guidelines for my surgery, however I was told the April would follow up with me. After a week, I called to speak with April. She was unfortunately unavailable but was told that she would give me a call back. It’s now been a month and I have a feeling that April pre-judge me and doesn’t believe that I can afford the surgery and has not called me back because of that .
Love it and enjoy the staff very friendly and helpful with my needs.
