The experience was very pleasant at first I was nervous but they made it a very comfortable setting to be able to ask questions and get answers right there.
From the first phone call to the consultation, everyone has been very nice and professional, I'm an out of state client and they have been so helpful accommodating for that. Dr. Nguyen explained everything very well and he's extremely professional, I look forward in booking my surgery asap!
I saw videos of the doctor's procedures and was amazed. When I met him in person I was not surprised with how confident he was. He was VERY direct and honest but NOT rude. Very good bedside manners. He let me know that if he CAN NOT help me with what I wanted he would be straight forward. Luckily, he said he COULD help me.
It was an awesome experience,the staffs are wonderful and the overall experience was marvelous. And am also satisfie what my surgery.
I wouldn't pick another surgeon, let's just put it that way. First consultation for my breast augmentation, I knew right away that Dr. Nyugen was MY surgeon. You couldn't ask for anyone better. HE ROCKS!!
