The staff has been very diligent about staying in contact with me via email throughout my entire process. Responses to my many emails with questions have been quick and informative. I utilize the doctor's Instagram page CONSTANTLY before, during and after my procedure to stay informed on different processes, techniques, advisement, etc. I have also had staff respond to my direct message questions on Instagram fairly quickly as well. The IG page is a great tool to inform and educate patients! I love it!
