This is absolutely the worst Cleaners I have ever used. Way behind on promised times. They ruined multiple items. They keep offering credit, but what good is a credit, if I don't get my clothes returned in good shape, on some what decent time, every time. I am one to be patient and give chances, because every business can have a bad day, this is ridiculous that every time they are messing up. I would be a fool to go back there don't be a fool too... No one was knowledgeable, everyone seemed confused about their jobs. I didn't know you couldn't leave your own hangers on your clothes. I brought in my wedding dress on my custom hanger that I paid $40 for that had my wedding date and name on it. No one told me to take it off the hanger, or even gave me any options. They just threw them away. Very unprofessional!! I'm never going there again!
