Superb customer service from the top down, absolutely no surprises which went against my expectations. Steve Dumais' unending support and consistent communications went above and beyond my cynical nature and what I thought would occur. I would recommend them, and him, strongly.

even though we opted to not go through with our solar project, bernard and sam were great! very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. there was no pressure at any time, even when telling them of our decision (our personal situation, not due to anything we didn’t like about summit) it was accepted graciously, with no pressure to make us change our minds. don’t be afraid to do business with them, they are a pleasure!

Working with Steven Dumais was a great experience. He was always very responsive and and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for future customers.
The install team was quick, clean and friendly. They knocked out the work, putting the panels on the roof and setting up the electrical components in a way that it does not disrupt the look of the home. They were excellent about asking me the home owner where I wanted wires and panels
Overall, our experience was Summit Energy was great. There were a few challenges during our installation, but the entire Summit team was attentive, professional, and friendly to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Job was done very well. The crew had to come back a week later to finish. They were all very nice and helpful.
