I planned on giving this company 5 stars after my installation today however I am very disappointed in the fact that my initial request was not noted or taken seriously. My representative CJ talked about his life and everything under the sun but he failed to take note of my request for my fencing to look exactly like my neighbors fencing across the street. Update: Daniel came out after I texted this weekend and there seems to be some miscommunication and someone else’s work was updated on my record. He said summit is going to make things right. I appreciate that a lot. This was a nightmare! Lee seemed very nice and sincere... not!!! Poor job and Lee wasn’t there to supervise. All non-English speakers and they didn’t read/understood our survey. Built the fence over our property line and we had to pay another company $1000 to move it! All uneven and pitiful lumber that was scarred. Left a huge mess and cut down a magnolia tree by mistake!!! Now Lee, who wouldn’t return our calls or emails is taking us to court for a small balance left unpaid because he would not finish the job. NIGHTMARE!!! ... read more

You never even showed the survey to our professional fence installation crew. These are all lies, and we're suing you because you refused to pay the service that we completed as instructed by you and you skipped out on a $2,700 bill. After 35 years of fence installation, you are the very first person we have sued.
Very unprofessional staff including the Owner, Office Manager, Business Manager and the crew hired for the job. Poor construction throughout and charged us to fix areas done incorrectly. The repairs were poorly done as well. Very disappointing.

RecommendedBeautiful job - my yard has many turns, trees, tree stumps, potholes, etc., but Summit was able to construct the fence I wanted with little disruption to the property - all in one day! They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.
