Summit Self Storage exceeded my expectations I arrived later in the evening and even though the office manager was on her way out the door and the office was closed, she still walked me to BOTH my units and showed me how to punch in my codes and was extremely pleasant and above excellent in her helpfulness. I feel awful that I canât remember her name, Iâll edit this review once I find it in my stacks of paper(my office is a mess) to include her name. Fantastic Customer Service! Wonderful People work here. I was checked into my storage space quickly and at a Great Rate.
Outstanding customer service and over all business practices. Rachael is who helped me and I went in pretty close to closing time. She was absolutely exceptional and stayed late even so she could show me where the unit was and everything. Very clean place, there was a gentleman playing the guitar down the hall from my unit- but, I thought it was fantastic, as I tend to appreciate things of this sort anyways.
Overall Very Happy! Very happy with the unit the price and how clean it is. Management is very nice and Friendly!
